Privacy and AI notice
What we store
Your account details, the documents you upload, the text extracted from them, your questionnaire answers and the outputs generated for your projects. Files are kept in private storage and can only be opened by members of the workspace that owns them, through short-lived links.
How AI is used
NOEVIQAI does not have its own foundation model. AI processing is performed by a third-party provider (initially Anthropic's Claude API) through NOEVIQAI's servers. Your documents are sent to that provider only to process your project. NOEVIQAI does not use your documents to train or fine-tune AI models, and uses provider settings under which API data is not used for model training.
What AI output is — and isn't
Outputs are AI-assisted drafts. They are not legal, regulatory, medical or safety advice, and they are not expert-validated unless a named human reviewer has validated them. Completeness scores describe how much context information was provided, not whether an output is accurate or compliant.
Deleting your data
Deleting a project removes it from your workspace immediately. Its documents and outputs are permanently deleted after a 30-day retention window.
